We believe that in rooms of adults as much learning comes from exceptional teaching content and delivery as it does through the space and safety to share stories and lean into the experience of the group.
Our content is researched, progressive and holistic. Our delivery strategies support integrated learning, transformative shifts and aligned action. Sessions are intensive deep dives delivered in a hands on, interactive way to drive behavioural change and applied understanding.
We love working in groups of creative and purpose driven entrepreneurs connecting them with each other and creating opportunities to share ideas and upskill.
We love to work with staff and management teams to strengthen their skills on an individual and collective level.
Our speciality is highly personalised small group intensives for maximum impact and results.

Our intensives can be brought to your workplace or community as live or live-virtual experiences. Sessions are designed to meet the needs of the group and can be directed to focus on specific content and outcomes. Group Sizes
Small, group coaching style sessions require a minimum of 6 people and accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
Commercial Pricing
Custom workshops are charged at a set rate depending on the client package. In some cases a travel surcharge may apply.
Government Funded
Non for profit organisations wishing to apply for arts funding to provide free or subsidised professional development workshops to their community can visit our pricing page for more information. Fee Structure
Venue
Custom sessions can be held at a venue of your choice that can accommodate the workshop’s practical and technological needs. Please make sure your venue is covered by public liability insurance. For Byron Bay workshops under 8 people, sessions can be hosted in South Golden Beach and won’t incur a venue charge.
Inclusions
Custom workshops include morning/afternoon tea, materials and any follow up e-resources. Custom sessions also included an intake questionnaire in order to accommodate the specific group needs as best possible. If appropriate, this allows content to be weighted, tailored to the group.

Annual Planning 5.5-7 hours

Business Intensive 2 days plus preliminary and follow up tasks.
