The Existential meetup

Real talk about life, death and what it is to be human. Transform how you live, connect, and find meaning.

We avoid talking about death like it might kill the vibe. But what if the opposite is true? What if facing death—honestly, openly, unapologetically—is the most life-affirming conversation we can ever have? We bypass, avoid and numb our way through our hard feelings and dark seasons. But what if by braving the dark we actually unlock the capacity to do life deeper, more profoundly and more joyfully?

Through stories, lived experience, and collective reflection, we’ll explore how confronting death and hardship can radically shift the way we live, connect, and find meaning. No euphemisms. No bullshit. Just the deep, radical power of real talk. Real conversation—with death, and with life. None of us are getting out of here alive. So let’s stop pretending. Learn to lean into mortality—and start living with true courage, creativity, and clarity.

A death doula and a life coach walk into a room…

Your existential meet up hosts Death Doula Danni Petkovic and Musician and Coach Christina Giorgio met over a shared lack of interest in small talk. Whilst avoiding a conference networking event the pair pretty instantly got talking about the real stuff – divorce, parenting teenagers, blended families, high sensitivity and death. And that real stuff became the foundation of the existential meet up. Depth and realness is something that we collectively need more of and it’s time to build this capacity individually and as a community.

This session will give you tools and resources to die better and live with greater meaning.
