Why Me?

Since working with hundreds of people in disaster recovery I have felt a shift in the way I want to contribute to a kinder, healthier world. An intersection of emotional acuity with an urging for people to use their lives in ways that are deeply meaningful to them and, I would hope, meaningful towards a kinder more connected planet. I found that amongst the high octane noise of AI, tech and hustle culture was a longing for purpose, meaning, nervous system regulation, space, creativity, courage and most of all connection. I bring 28 years of ground up experience to each consultation. Thousands of 1 on 1 sessions, hundreds of workshop attendees and 2 decades of grass roots and strategic experience in the creative, non profit and positive impact space.

What this means for my business coaching practice, my speaking and workshops is an even greater emphasis on our collective and individual humanity. Healthy, regulated and value aligned people doing great work in the world. This means humans are at the wheel of technology.
